Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping within the U.S. We offer standard free shipping every day on U.S. orders over $35* when shipping to the lower 48 states. This free shipping offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO orders. Orders under $35 ship for only $4.90 to most destinations within the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

 

* Sales taxes are excluded from the subtotal for the purposes of this offer. Most standard orders ship within 1-3 business days.

 

Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you during checkout. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping.

 

We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service.

 

General Shipping Information:

 

Packages shipped from our Anderson, SC Distribution Center, are ship within 1-2 business days of you placing your order. Our shipping carriers are UPS and USPS. The shipping and handling of all our items are insured.

 

Standard: 2-6 Business Days to lower 48 States

 

Standard Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: 6 Business Days

 

One Day: Delivered Next Business Day after package leaves our US distribution center.

 

2-Day: Delivered 2 Business days after package leaves our US distribution center

 

3-Day: Delivered 3 Business days after package leaves our US distribution center

 

Standard to Canada: 5-10 business days after package leaves our US distribution center.

 

International Priority to Canada: 1-2 business days after package leaves our US distribution center.

 

International Economy to the World: 3-5 business days after package leaves our US distribution center. For Packages shipped, Goodsgo & Co. cannot change shipping addresses, schedule a delivery time, give delivery instructions, or hold for a different delivery date. The carriers offer all of these as a service to you and more information about them can be found on their website.

 

United States Shipping Information:

 

Shipping and Handling within the lower 48 states.

 

Note about APO, or FPO addresses. We cannot ship any order to an APO or FPO address. Any order being shipped to one will be canceled.

 

Shipping Timeframes

 

All Ground packages will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is received.

 

Express packages are shipped the next business day.

 

You will receive tracking information from us after your package(s) have shipped.

Transit Times for Ground Shipments

 

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude all holidays.

 

Refused packages or packages that fail to deliver will not be re-shipped at Goodsgo & Co. expense. Customers must contact Goodsgo & Co. to be advised of additional shipping charges. This must occur within 3 business days of order placement.

 

* The average delivery time for furniture or outlined products ordered on mygoodsgo.com can vary depending on several factors such as the type of furniture or product, and the location of manufacturer and or warehouse.

 

If the product is in stock and located in US based warehouses, it may be delivered more quickly than furniture and or products that needs to be ordered from a manufacturer or shipped from a more distant or overseas location, which can range from a few days to several weeks or more.

 

Some factors that can impact on the delivery time include the availability and location of furniture or products, the shipping method chosen, and the location of the customer.

 

We offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee, which can shorten the delivery time.

 

It is recommended that you check the estimated delivery time provided by mygoodsgo.com before placing your order and confirm the delivery date and time once your order has been placed.

 

Once you have placed your order, and upon receipt from our shipping provider, we will provide you with tracking information, which can provide updates on the status of your order and its expected delivery date.

 

For orders shipped via freight:

 

We will email you delivery instructions, and the freight company will also call to schedule your delivery. To streamline your delivery process, please provide a current phone number and email address when placing your order.

 

If the delivery is refused or hindered due to noncompliance or no response from the customer there may be freight charges deducted from the refund.

 

Shipping To Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico

 

Free Shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Both Ground and Express shipping options are available for residents of Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please refer to the information above for Ground shipping transit times to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our goal is to ensure you are complete satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

For standard order returns, buyers are responsible for maintaining original packaging. Shipping on return within three business days after the return shipping label (pre-paid by Goodsgo) is received.

 

If you want to exchange it for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order.

 

STEP 1: REQUEST RMA NUMBER

 

Enter your order number and email address.

 

Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

 

Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

 

STEP 2: PACK THE ITEMS

 

Place your item in the original packaging and/or sturdy box and secure.

 

The return must be properly packaged to protect against damage in transit.

 

The RMA # must be clearly written on the shipment.

 

STEP 3: SHIP THE ITEMS

 

When contacting us to initiate a return, please include:

 

1.The reason for the return

 

2.Your order # (you can find this in your order confirmation email)

 

3.Your phone number

 

4.If the item arrived damaged, photos of the damaged item and packaging

 

Each returned item must be received in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to deny any return for any damage that may have occurred that is not related to carrier services.
